JONATHAN HANSEN COLLECTIONS

IN THE STARS

In the Stars looks beyond the atmosphere to the deeper space of the night sky.

Celestial forms and constellations move across charcoal colored crystal, creating a sense of distance, rhythm and suspended light. The collection explores the tension between the vast and the intimate, translating the scale of the cosmos into objects designed to be held, used and experienced at close range.

Each piece is mouth blown and hand engraved, bringing traditional glassmaking together with a more surreal, celestial point of view.
