All orders are prepared and packed with care from our studio.

 

In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers.

• Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days in transit
• International: 5–10 business days in transit (timing may vary by destination)

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Select items may arrive in custom gift packaging. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes to protect the integrity of each piece.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been issued, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider, though we will always assist in resolving issues where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

 

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

 

 

 

For pre-order or made-to-order pieces, estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. These timelines reflect the nature of small-batch production and may shift slightly as pieces move through fabrication.
